Tasks and responsibilities
  • Work closely with the sales and bid team to prepare quotations and bids in accordance with client’s requirements and expectations
  • Participate in the bid quotation process and be responsible for both technical and commercial documents to be established
  • Work closely with suppliers, prepare inquiries and evaluate supplier input
  • Secure a good and detailed handover of sold projects to the project department

Competence and experience

  • Bachelor`s degree (or higher) education within engineering, alternatively technical education and background
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience, preferably within sales and bid proposal work towards the oil and gas industry
  • Strong technical understanding of client requirements such as Norsok, Statoil TR`s, API etc.
  • Good commercial understanding
  • Ability to work under pressure, both in team and independently
  • Ability to show initiative, work independently and in a structured manner
  • Good communication skills, with fluency in both written and verbal English and Norwegian
  • Advantage to have Autocad / Inventor skills
