Update from PG Flow Solutions on the coronavirus

PG Flow Solutions is continuously monitoring the latest development with the COVID19 (coronavirus) and has taken appropriate steps to safeguard our customers and employees.

We are regularly communicating with suppliers and have not yet recorded any specific disruptions of our supply chain. This means that business operations are running as usual.

We are all responsible for doing our part to keep others from getting infected or exposed to the virus. At PG Flow Solutions, we have implemented several safety routines, and have instructed all employees to maintain good hygiene and to follow the guidelines from local authorities.

This includes among other things to keep at least one meters distance from others and avoid all physical contact. We have also implemented measures such as more frequent cleaning routines and increased disinfection of ‘risk areas’ (such as doorknobs, handrails and toilets) in all our facilities.

As a customer or supplier, you should be aware that some of our employees may be working from home, and we kindly ask for your understanding that you may experience some changes in our normal routines. However, we will continue to serve you as best as we possibly can.

All meetings, both internal and external, will be held on Teams. Business related travel has been suspended for an indefinite time. Service checks and maintenance work that requires travelling will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Employees, customers and suppliers should inform management if they have been travelling abroad in the last 14 days if meeting with anyone from PG Flow Solutions.

Unfortunately, all conference participation has been cancelled or temporarily postponed. We look forward to catching up with you again soon and remember that you can always reach us on e-mail or by phone – our business hours are as normal.
